Lonjing Environment Technology Co., Ltd. (Lonjing), established in 1998, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fujian Longking Co., Ltd. (Longking) (Shanghai Stock Exchange: 600388), the first public listed company in China’s air pollution control industry. Lonjing is the only large-scale professional company specializing in R&D and manufacturing of flue gas desulfurization, denitrification, dust removal, material conveying, high and low voltage electrical and intelligent control systems as well as other environmental protection products.
As a national key high-tech enterprise, Longking has been recognized as the first National Enterprise Technology Center in the industry, as well as a Postdoctoral Workstation and National Engineering Test Research Center. Longking has obtained over 70 national, ministerial and provincial Science and Technology Progress Awards. Its technical expertise is taking the lead in China and has been honored with the title of China's Famous Brand Products and China's Well-known Trademarks, the company's comprehensive strength ranks first in the industry.
Lonjing currently employs nearly 1,000 staffs, including a technical and engineering team of nearly 500 members, among them are 7 PhDs from China, Germany, the United States, Australia, as well as more than 80 Masters. The Company specialized in integrating R&D, design, manufacturing and engineering contracting to provide domestic and foreign clients with comprehensive and efficient one-stop solutions. It is also the only team in Longking dedicated to dry ultra-clean technologies.
For over 20 years, guided by the mission of "purifying the environment and benefiting mankind", Lonjing has focused on developing "water-saving flue gas dry purification technology" with leading technical vision. Through in-depth studying, continuous improvement and innovation on the introduced technologies, Lonjing has taken the lead in the world to successfully apply the CFB-FGD and dust removal integrated technology for 300MW and 660MW unit plants, and several fields of large sintering pellets, glass kilns, carbon black, aluminum, catalytic cracking, coking, etc., continuously creating various world records. Lonjing adheres to the market principles of "Technical Soundness" and "Rather not undertake than do it wrong", and has supplied nearly 600 sets of the integrated system for industrial users such as coal-fired power plants and non-electric fields (world-leading performance). Lonjing products have been exported to Brazil, India, Turkey, Vietnam and other countries.
In early 2014, in response to the latest requirements for coal-fired flue gas ultra-clean/near-zero/ultra-low emissions (503510, i.e. NOX less than 50mg/Nm3, SO2 less than 35mg/Nm3, dust less than 10mg/Nm3)", Lonjing drew on the successful application experience of hundreds of dry desulfurization devices and quickly developed the D-MEC (Dry Multi-Emission Control) technology. The D-MEC technology, with CFB-FGD reactor as the core, ultra-clean bag filter and other supporting technologies. The D-MEC process has surpassed the national ultra-low emission requirements, leading the way in realizing the 355+530 performance standard (SO3 less than 5mg/Nm3, Hg less than 3ug/Nm3, zero wastewater) national wide.
With the strong support of the Ministry of Science and Technology, Lonjing established the "Sino-US Cooperation Flue Gas Purification By-product R&D Center", focusing on the comprehensive utilization of D-MEC by-products and the diversified research of dry desulfurization absorbents with waste carbide slag as the main material, forming a series of solutions for the comprehensive utilization of by-products and the preparation of low-cost absorbents to relieve clients’ concerns.
